The Concept
G-CES KIDS makes children highly motivated and learn to be independent, self-confident and self-disciplined. We make education a source of pleasure for them-something to be sought and enjoyed. Each and all are given the opportunity to develop their own innate abilities to the full potential in an atmosphere where competition is irrelevant and non-existent.
To achieve this goal we focus three main areas of education. There are three basic elements of the approach to education.

Environment

- Materials that provide Active Learning experiences
- A closeness to nature and the natural world and activities and materials that reflect the reality of life, not fantasy.
The Indoor Environment
G-CES Kids Schools designed with colourful, attractive and well designed surroundings is really a child's dreamland. Role playing Games in the Doll house Corner help the child in understanding people in different phases of life. The basic concepts of numbers and mathematical understanding etc. is developed through experience of buying and selling in the Arcade Shops. The use of modern audio-visual aids such as T.V., V.C.R., Projectors build up interest and make learning easy.
The Outdoor Environment
Outdoor Play-Pen includes swings, slides, jungle gym, giant bouncy, mini train, merry-go-round and many other types of equipment. Through the use of appropriate apparatus, children develop their co-ordination skills required to play more organized games when they are older. Sand pit, water pool, tunnels, occasional elephant/horse rides, magic shows, bear shows, monkey shows, puppet shows and intimacy with animals & birds develop confidence among children.

The National or International curricula which are required to be followed in a particular country are taken into consideration when designing a curriculum for a particular school.
Our Montessori wing provides specially designed rich learning material and scope for creative activities such as Reading, Painting, Story Telling, Dressing Up, Make Believe Games, Scribbling Boards, Jumbles, Jigsaws, Building Blocks, Finger Painting, Clay Modeling, Paper Tearing, Folding and Pasting etc.,
A wide range of activities included in their schedule are - singing, listening stories, dramatics/ plays, group projects, nature walks and outdoor games etc. These activities provide opportunities for creativity, physical co-ordination, emotional maturity, practical and social skills.
Teacher
Our teachers are carefully chosen having aptitude and experience to teach the young children. Our teachers are a highly dedicated & professional team. All have the special qualities that distinguish a good teacher- patience and understanding. They are dynamic, relaxed and enthusiastic with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere in which the child can express himself and learn.
The teacher carefully observes the children in her class to ascertain the developmental needs of each individual child. Then comes the task of preparing the environment and the materials in it to meet the various needs of the individual children within the group. As the children begin to make free choices and interact and discover the materials the teacher facilitates and guides their learning. There are some small group lessons when the teacher introduces new concepts and encourages the children to ask questions, investigate and discover new ideas.
We provide continuous and comprehensive in-service orientation, education and training programme for teachers through self motivated school based activities.
